KWPL have been contracted to identify and secure land options for renewable energy projects including wind and solar developments. They negotiate land leases and land purchase options between the developer and the landowners. Included in their solar development services are preparing site layouts, working with permitting and planning departments, conservation authorities and environmental and structural engineers to secure approvals and power purchase agreements for renewable energy projects.

KW PowerLogic is the lead consultant for the Centre for Applied Renewable Energy, in Brussels, Ontario. CfARE is a renewable energy resource centre, training facility and job creation program. As such, they supply technical data and training for the participants and assist in providing job placements in the renewable energy sector.
