1. Solar Energy
   

   • KW PowerLogic develops sites for Solar Farms including:
     - identify and secure sites with leasehold or offer to purchase
     - obtain proper permitting and zoning
     - secure electrical grid queue positions
     - apply and secure a Standard Offer Contract with the OPA
     - prepare site for construction and liaise with contractors and developers
     - project operation and maintenance
     
     KW PowerLogic designs and manufactures Solar panel support frames.
     KW PowerLogic frames provide a competitive advantage for developers offering fixed-frame, single-axis and dual-axis supports. They are manufactured locally and can be installed quickly to meet deadlines. The frames require minimal maintenance and parts are in-stock.

   • Solar Thermal – pre-heat water to save energy costs and maintain an energy reserve with a quick pay-back of investment

   • Solar Photovoltaic – produce electricity with smaller, easily installed projects for homes and small businesses

   KW PowerLogic will identify and secure sites, obtain zoning and building permits, obtain grid connection and apply for a Standard Offer Contract

2. Wind Energy
   

   • Wind turbines for a standard offer contract, net metering or electrical load offset.

   KW PowerLogic will work with the customer to identify and obtain the proper sized turbine, prepare the site with necessary zoning and permitting, oversee installation and commissioning.
    

3. Hydro Electric Power

   • Water turbines for net metering or load off-set.

4. Biomass for Energy Production

   • combustion, pyrolysis, gasification, Co-gen systems and biofuels.

KW PowerLogic will contract sites and obtain grid connection positions to enable customers to secure Standard Offer Contracts for Renewable Energy Projects.
